The RISE Autism Program was started in October 2020 to assist families with loved ones diagnosed with ASD in the community. This application is to request funding from the RISE Autism Program to fund the services or support you need to progress toward your perfect life! Once your application is received, RISE will contact you, or your best contact, to obtain any additional information needed for your request. Once your application has been reviewed, a member from RISE will contact your to discuss the next steps.
