RISE Community Services was founded in 1979 with one simple, but lofty goal: to create perfect lives for individuals with disabilities. Since our founding we have helped hundreds of people strive for their perfect life with a powerful combination of residential, community, employment and vocational services. Our entire team is dedicated to the people we serve.
